Do I have to use my own TV?+
If you have a TV in a spot customers can see, we'll use it. If not, talk to us. Several vendors run a Bright Loops-supplied screen.
How often does my video actually get updated?+
Every month. We re-cut it from the footage we already shot with your new offer, season or message. If you need something we didn't film, we come back and shoot it.
Who decides what plays on my screen?+
We curate the loop: local business ads, community content, weather and light entertainment. It's family-friendly and works with the sound off. If there's ever something you don't want on your screen, tell us and it's gone.
Will my competitor's ad play on my TV?+
Tell us who your direct competitors are when you sign up and we'll keep them off your screen.
